M16A2 Replaces the FN Scar

Description
Valve made the Scar burst fire and the M16A2 auto? That's awkward... Anyway, here's the M16 replacing the Scar! It has no map specific skins, as the Scar uses map specific skins now. (thank you cuba for helping me with qc issues)

Features:
- Reskin compatiblility
- Online functionality
- No jigglebones :(
- Additional Script addon for a HUD icon by Alex_D.

Yeah the charging handle does look like its been moved up, also the gun is slightly tilted down from stock m16, you can tell if you use a laser sight.

Would be cool if that was fixed, I'd rate it higher, but it ruins the immersion a bit.

I'd like to report a issue I've been using your mods to switch the Scar and M16 they work great but something i noticed with the M16 as the SCAR. It only works with certain M16 retextures like the last stand RNG textures. How ever if you just use the M16_worn texture or something else it'll glitch where it'll try to put the default SCAR-L tan texture on the M16.
