Sea, No Fog

Description
Removes fog from the sea completely.

Works with Iron Man, but not with existing Iron Man saves.
Can be used with existing non-Iron Man saves.

Separate from my other mod because I have no idea how to update it.
Looks best with (but not required) "Exquisite Water and Strategic Map", maybe. It's subjective.
