Description
Intro:
This mod brings many changes to the Warrior of Chaos to get a better taste of the devastation coming with Warhammer 3.

You will access a wider range of units early on and your hordes, lords and heroes will be more in line with TW:Warhammer 2 races.

Archaon the Everchosen skills tree is completely redone, Marks of Chaos are added to Chaos lords and heroes (as skills) and units (as upgrades), rework of the Growth feature and more (see below for more details).

Recommended mods:
This mod is meant to be played with Guv's Warriors of Chaos Technology Tree Remastered.
I also highly recommend taking a look to Bálint's workshop as he made awesome Daemons units. You will need to download my compatibility mod to enjoy Bálint's units with my mod enabled. Here it is: Better Warriors of Chaos Compatibility Mod

Changes:
- Big change to growth : it’s main purpose is now to upgrade the main building. Other buildings growth price are lower and don’t increase for each building owned
- New buildings have been created, buildings cost more Chaos favors and they give better campaign bonuses
- Available units have been redistributed across all buildings for a better diversity in the early game
- Weapons building redone, it gives improved armors and weapons to the army at the cost of increased upkeep
- New ressource called "Tributes to the Dark Gods". Player can earn it from fighting and razing settlements
- Created Marks of Chaos upgrades for units. Upgrading a unit uses "Tributes to the Dark Gods"
- All legendary items from quests are improved
- New Mark of Chaos skills for Archaon, Kholek, lords and heroes. Sigvald gets the Mark of Slaanesh.
- New unique skills and improvement of existing ones for everyone
- Lords campaign skills (blue line) give better bonuses
- Added new innate skills, improved outdated ones or deleted them
- New hordes start with slightly more growth and are easier to recruit in the long run
- Other minor changes which are too long to name individually

Update :
- Corrected a few bugs and made some changes to skills and Marks of Chaos for balancing purpose.

Probably everyone has moved to TWW3 but I'm still playing TWW2 since it's in it's final form including mods. So thank you for this mod it's very well done, i tried it and i would love to keep using it but the -0/-10/-20/-30/-40 to -1/-2/-3/-4/-5 upkeep change (even if faction wide) is very limiting in vh difficulty especially if we want to field multiple armies. Any chance for tweaking that?

This is a great mod, I have some feedback regarding marks. Chaos Sorcerers can't take mark of Khorne and Kholek Suneater didn't have access to any marks.

@NickCarl Sorry man I'm not into modding at all lately. My advice would be to use one of the "instant quest/item" mod to avoid this issue.

The quests for Archaon's and Sigvald's sword don't continue even when I have the required building (the chaos warshrine). I also tried with the level 5 upgrade, but it doesn't work

AI can’t use the upgrade mechanism for now. Anything else will affect both players and AI

Another minor update, upkeep buff from the main building was -0/-10/-20/-30/-40 upkeep army-wide and is now -1/-2/-3/-4/-5 upkeep faction-wide. Added the missing upkeep reduction buff for warhounds on the marauder building. Main horde building no longer costs Tributes per turn and upgrades costs have been increased. Basic marauders upkeep has been increased (50 to 75). All buildings costs have been rebalanced for a better early game experience.
