  • The map is not designed for a co-op game!

  • The map is designed to complete the PTSD achievement!

  • You can also complete the Pacifist achievement. There are no zombies on the map!

  • There are no horror elements on this map. So you have nothing to be afraid of!

  • Don't forget to choose difficulty : Nightmare.

Hey, try using the dev console in the game. (Shortly guide how to enabled the dev console - https://youtu.be/nbdkBab6f3g?t=33 or https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=113139398) . Then type into the dev console - map nmo_ptsd and press enter .
(You must be subscribed to the map.)

If you are successful joined to the map (nmo_ptsd), then need back again into the dev console and type - sv_difficulty nightmare

Hey man, sorry but somehow i dont see the option to select the map, even tho i downloaded the mod. Why is that? Please help :(

ачивка работает. запустите карту с помощью консоли командой map ptsd. далее выйдите и нажмите кнопку "создать сервер". выберите карту nmo_ptsd и поставить уровень сложности "кошмар". автору +rep
