Knee Drop To Neck

Description
Opponent Face Down, Near Head.

Damage dealt: Stamina (1), Spirit (2), Neck (4). This is identical to the Knee Drop (Neck) already in the game.

Based on a WWE 2k17 move, the Attacker grabs the opponent's head and lifts one knee in the air before bringing it down with all their body weight on the opponent's neck. Pretty nasty.
