I remember seeing this move in the old PS1 Nitro game, I think DDP had it.

I remember that move! I was trying to put my finger on who used it in the fighting game realm, I'm gonna be making a counter version soon for when an opponent is coming off the ropes as well. Thanks Senator

Works for a Yoshimitsu edit, too, for any Tekken fans, albeit, for a more grounded, realistic version of the move.
