Description
Add a powerful primary melee weapon for the Mec and Spark.

Many have memories of the XCOM: EW Kinetic Strike. And SPARK's Strike comes at a time too late to meet your expectations, and real performance is not satisfactory either. This MOD supplements that.

With this MOD you can equip SPARK and MEC with a powerful primary melee weapon in exchange for giving up the Heavy cannon. Unlike other melee weapons, requires cooling (= reload) because it overloads the Manipulator- However, this equipment can show explosive combat ability in close combat.

DETAIL
The Kinetic Smite Module is the main weapon for mechanic classes(SPARK and MEC Troopers ) that appear in Shen's Last Gift. This weapon allows for a very powerful melee attack in exchange for the complete loss of ranged attacks by these mechanics.

If equipped with this weapon, the following skills can be used instead of the standard fire and overwatch.

Smite:"Attack any enemy within movement range with your Primary Melee Weapon. Doesn't end the turn. (Ammo cost=1)"
-Unlike regular sword slices this attack is not accurate. However, it replenishes it with a very powerful attack and knockback ability. Do not forget to reload.

Swipe: "Can strike enemies from several meters away with your Primary Melee Weapon. -Do not finish the turn (Ammo cost=2)"
A very powerful melee attack that can destroy many enemies and coveralls. But be careful with Lost. The scope of this attack is based on the cone base, so the side can not be overcome.



ITEM INFO
Like other primary weapons, the Kinetic Smite Module can also be equipped with upgrade parts. In particular, since Kinetic Smite Modules have Ammo restrictions, unlike other melee weapons - upgraded magazine upgrades that are not favored in general primary melee weapons may be useful.


Tier1 : Kinetic Smite Module
"This special Manipulator is based on the pre-war XCOM headquarters MEC blueprint, and uses a hydraulic piston and Ballistic technology for powerful melee attacks."

Critchance = 10%, Shred = 1, Ammo= 2, Stunchance=25%)



Tier2: Arc Smite Module
"When pure kinetic energy is no longer sufficient in the field, the Arc Smite Module may prove necessary. It boosts the standard Kinetic Smite Module's combat effectiveness with the addition of an electric field and bit's force field."
(Damage=6, Spread = 2, Crit = 2, Upgrade slot= 2
Critchance = 10%, Shred = 2, Ammo= 3, Stunchance=50%)
-Unlocked by research the ADVENT Stun Lancer Autopsy.



Tier3: Fusion Smite Module
"The Fusion Smite Module encases a plasma-heated metallic core in a micro-thin Force field, enabling devastating melee attacks that are capable of setting enemies a flame."
(Damage=7, Spread = 2, Crit = 3, Upgrade slot= 3
Critchance = 10%, Shred = 3, Ammo= 4, Stunchance=75%+ chance to fire)
-Unlocked by research the Archon Autopsy

if im correct i think nanos computer like busted or something idk when but could explain the inactivity (they were working on a MASSIVE ADVENT MEC Ruler mod tho)

In order to allow other spark classes to use this, find the mod folder 2449319965 open both xcomclassdata.ini and XComKineticStrike.ini with notepad++ . Either replace or add your specific spark class where the other classes are. I'm ot sure f you have to do it in both but i did and can confirm it works. Still invisible tho =(
