NPC Color Randomizer is an addon that will make NPCs models colorable just like playermodels.

Adds colorable submaterial for NPCs and randomizes their color.
Currently only supports default playermodels/npcs that were available for colorization.
Also supports custom models with colorable materials.
Corpses will keep their color.
Options: spawnmenu>Utilities>Scripts>NPC Color Randomizer

Q. Why aren't all NPCs colorable?
A. Because it uses playermodel's colorable materials.

Q. Does it works in multiplayer?
A. Yes, but it might be buggy.

Q. Can I make colorable models for other NPCs?
A. Yes, adding colorable material is everything you need.

Q. Citizens are laggy? How to fix it?
A. I have no idea how to fix it. Citizens can be disabled from options menu.

Q. Will it works on SNPCs/Custom NPCs?
A. Only if they have colorable materials. You can try addons with [playermodel/NPC] tags.

Q. I want to disable adding color randomization for default models and only want custom models?
A. You can disable default models from options menu: spawnmenu>Utilities>Scripts>NPC Color Randomizer
