CSX AC4400CW No. 296 (YN2) - (Revised)

Description
This is an updated version of my first YN2 AC4400CW re-skin, which corrects a couple of mistakes the original had (namely the numberboards were in the wrong place and the CSX logo on the front was too big).

CSX 296 was built by General Electric in 1997, and entered service in September of that year. Throughout her entire service life she has carried the YN2 or ‘Bright Future’ livery.

YN2 was introduced in 1990, and has gone on to be carried by a large number of CSX locomotives. Though it has since been gradually phased out by the YN3 and YN3b liveries, it lasted long enough to be carried by several locomotive types. Examples of engines that have carried YN2 colours over the years include the EMD GP30, GP40-2, SD40-2 (including 8888) General Electric AC4400CW, BQ23-7 and C40-8W.
