Birthright Start

Description
Puts Birthright in the start room every run, because I'm too lazy to make a separate "starts with BirthRight" for each character.

This way, everyone can choose which characters they do and don't want to have it.

just a heads up, this mod crashes my game when i have the external item descriptor on.
