Custom move for Sgt. Craig Pittman

This headbutt is a rope whip counter move.

Craig Pittman would throw his opponents into the ropes and and when the opponent came back Pittman would dive head first into his opponents mid-section. This is done as a rope whip counter since Pittman didn't usually get a running start.

Pittbull would pretty much tuck his head, raise his shoulders and just ram into the stomach or mid-section of his opponents, stopping on impact and dropping straight down to the ground. This is what I was going for with the move and why the animations are more compact than a normal headbutt or spear.

Damage stats are not super elevated from normal but the move is intended as a large damage move.
