Beskrivning
Adds a powerful ultra-tech cryogenic power generator on any ground.

I made this mod mostly for me (in mind that I play SOS2).

Changes to the Original Mod:
An alternative to the original version, which allows to build it normally and not only on smoothable (unsmoothed) stone.
It gets slightly colder around it.

Original Mod and advanced generator:

Description:
5x5 tiles long. Skill level 12.
Ursprungligen skrivet av Chowder:
Adds a powerful ultra-tech cryogenic power generator meant specifically for end-game mountain bases, but still useful for everybody.

What're the upsides? This baby pushes 8000 power and once built requires zero maintenance or fuel.

Now for the down sides?
Can only be built on smoothable (unsmoothed) stone.
Explodes in rain.
Pushes out deadly amounts of cold, building multiple in a single room is not a very smart thing to do. However, if used correctly, it can end up passively cooling your entire base.
Due to the complex nature of this tech, it is also ultra tech, meaning it will take a considerable amount of effort and time to build.
Finally, if you actually manage to lose this thing (C:what's wrong with you!?)(D:You must be a psycho to let your colonsist die in such a way!) it does violently explode.

Materials Required:
200 chemfuel.
80 plasteel.
100 neutroamine.
50 gold.
8 spacer (advanced) components.
500 steel.

Techs Required:
Geothermal Power
Multi-Analyzer
Batteries
Biofuel Refining
Fabrication

Keep in mind also the generator *may* slowly build ice around itself, so you will want to remind your pawns not to shovel snow around it.

Open to any and all balancing feedback!

Art graciously supplied by Oskar Potocki and is stylized to match his other Ultra tech.

I am also open to any and all balancing feedback, because it can make my expirence also better.
Future updates? maybe.
(Patches are welcome. Or you can just publish the mod with your own changes.)

Thanks to:
Chowder for the Original Mod etc.
Marukun for the Chinese Simplified translation.

@ozfresh if the files are anything to go by this version of it only goes to -100F but the 3ed version of it goes all the way to -350F

@SkylineOdeum during a solar flare, power generation still happens but the buildings that consume power stop working, you can download the EMI Solar shielding mod to counter it but yes it will still keep the area cold during a solar flare

Gotta say thanks for updating this mod, it was starting to get a hassle to power my base, using fusion reactors that make a lot of heat, it was starting to cost more power then I could provide but just pop one of these in the reactor room and it stays a nice col 80F while producing more power

Is the lowest temp the game allows -100 C?

Is this vulnerable to solar flares or can you use it to reliably freeze tunnels low enough to prevent infestations?

will you update to 1.5?

Using this along the new Vanometric Generator Mod is pretty funny, this one freezes the room the other one heats it up

What temperatures does it make around it? -50? -100? -200?
