ECM Feedback Device Revamped (EA25, already made new version)

Well this is just a revamped version of the ECM Feedback Device I made a while back. Y'all already knew how this thing works; Audio feedback is basically just the noise you can produce by pointing a mic at a speaker, and it'll create a neverending audio amplifying loop, creating a loud, screeching sound. Now imagine that in your earpiece/headset. Yeah, ain't so pleasant now, is it?

But you might ask, what makes this different from my old one? Well, the model is a bit more modern now, and get this: It's throwable.

Throw it, go to a safe distance, and wait for it to go off- A second or two after landing, the device will activate and create audio feedback in anyone's comms if they are within 10 meters from it. It doesn't discriminate though, so don't get too close if you don't wanna get affected. It goes on for 10 seconds after activation, and self-destructs to prevent reverse-engineering or looting.

Radius: 10-15 meters, 10 minimum but not sure about the max since the area is a cube
Duration: 10 seconds
Damage: 50 balance damage per second
Fuse: 1 second, but it only detonates upon landing so if it's airbourne for more than 1 second, it'll activate on impact
