Update 1.199, Heavy Industry, reduced the small-grid turret ranges to 600 meters. The Interior Turret was also reduced, but to a measly 400 meters.

This mod undoes those changes. All vanilla turrets now cap out at 800 meters!

Side note, this mod edits CubeBlocks_Weapons.sbc. It will conflict with any mods which modify the SmallGatlingTurret, SmallMissileTurret, or LargeInteriorTurret entries.

small grid turrets were indeed already at max range of 600m, the only thing they changed was the interior turrets range and worse accuracy, which has now since been undone to some degree, the interior turret accuracy has been bumped up, but i cant remember to how much, and the range is at 600m

it was the large grid turrets that started at 600m and can be set to 800m. tbh all these ranges are tiny, even for vanilla, players build far bigger ships than these turret ranges are useful for, the defensive combat controller can help with this now though.

Before you could put them at 800m, ZV7EKET, they just started at 600m. So this is just like before the update.

actually they made those changes in the combat one dlc they just didn't show in game.
