Scissors Axe Kick B (front grap, running)

Alternate Booker T-style scissors kick; the attacker runs the ropes beforehand, the kick is reanimated entirely for two angles, and maybe looks a bit more impactful. I may change the sell at some point, I'm not sure; the default version's sell is better, but doesn't really work from either diagonal angle. We'll see

Damage is bumped up slightly from the default Jumping Axe Kick

Update: Redid the setup entirely so the defender's movement into it is way less awkward. Thanks to Senator for the idea
