Well, not gonna lie, was a bit disappointed not to find a hidden room or some clue-based backstory/mystery in it, but as a basic, super modern-style, open-floor type house - yep, it's great.
Could see it in a mod where they add an island vacation-village, with this being strewn around as the "bungalou" houses
