Time Changer Tool

Adds a tool that can change the speed of time, once the tool is selected, enter the time scale that you want.
Then, when you click and hold, time will speed up by that scale.

You could speed up the process of getting the pacifist achievement with this, but how that achievement works is that you need to move the mouse at least once per 5 minutes so the game doesn't think you are inactive, and if you miss one of those 5 minutes, you have to wait another hour.

Update 1.1.1:
Fixed an issue where the shortcuts would still work even when saving a creation, or any other dialog box.
It should no longer be able to stack multiple dialog boxes on top of each other.

Update 1.1:
You can now use H to set what time speed you want, and J to apply it, and press J again to return time to normal, no need to hold left click anymore.
If you press P, it will toggle a pacifist achievement unlock timer, where every second it notifies you on how long you have until you will get the pacifist achievement.
All of these keyboard shortcuts can be modified in the controls settings, scroll down to the bottom to find them.
