ダウンした相手を,四つん這いにセットし,距離を取り,横回転して勢いを付けてからスクリュー式の延髄斬りを落とします.
This is one of the finishing holds of NOAH's Seiki Yoshioka.
He sets the downed opponent on all fours, distances himself, spins sideways to gain momentum, and then drops a screw-type Enzuigiri(Back Neck Kick).
