発動前のTMを58まで伸ばし,
ヒットコリジョンを少し大きくした
プランチャです.
この処置により,若干相手にヒットしやすくなります.
既存の技は,発動が早すぎて,相手をロックオンしない場合があります.
Increase TM to 58 before activation,
Slightly increased hit collision.
It is a plancha.
This makes it slightly easier to hit the opponent.
The existing move may not lock on the opponent because it is too fast.
