Holy Nation and Shek new Weapon Grades now compatible with Stack Expanded

Description
Adds the Admag Rusters and the Stack Battlesmiths to Shek and HN. The HQs (main vendors) are in the respective cities. Admag Rusters have a blunt modifier of 1.3, while Stack Battlesmiths have a 1.1 cut AND blunt modifier. o avoid redundancy with Admag (and because UC uses mostly cutting weapons) Catun now have a 1.2 cut modifier. What this means is that Shek have heavier weapons with more blunt damage, UC have sharper weapons and the HN is in the middle, which should benfit their favourite weapons, the hackers.
Catun is still the most common manufacturer outside of Shek and HN territory, but you'll find that vendor have a low chance of selling weapons of a different manufacturer from their own.
Shek and HN warriors now have a chance of carrying an upgraded weapon (higher the higher the fighter''s level is) and their armor has been upped in quality too, so they should be a bit tougher to take down. Mercenaries and bandits have a chance (again, depending on their level) of having a better weapon.
Requires Reactive World and New Weapon Dissemination Mod. Now compatible with Stack Expanded.


Importing is recommended (especially if you're in Stack/Admag area), but not necessary.

Changed to work better with Stack Expaned, if the update causes any problem for those not using it, use this

Honestly, I just don't like this monstrously big anime blades. I think they are kindly not lore friendly :judy:

May I ask why? I see a lot of people asking for mods without NWD, so I'm curious. Do you find it unbalanced, do you simply not like the weapons or is it because of the Trianlge Bantits? If it's the latter, there's a patch to remove them.
In any case, I'm really busy these days. I'll get around to do it eventually I think.
