Description
Advanced Limbs Overhaul

This mod was created because people complained about the changes made to the original Jewys Overhaul. This mod will likely NOT be compatible with the original mod as it IS effectively the same mod

  • 1 New Minor Outpost - Limm
    -The Vendors have a markup on all bits and bobs that come flying off races!

  • New Vendor's & A New Bag.
    -Bag is pretty good overall. You can BUY it from BOTH vendors in the new town.

  • 40 Ish new limbs.
    -Every Vanilla race should be able to have all limbs chopped off and most now come with various heads!

  • 6 New buildings (Heads etc)

Tech Changes

Below Players can find out what technology is required to progress to each limb tech.
  • Tech Level 3 > Unlock Economy Limbs
    Cost: 10 Books > 6 Hours

  • Tech Level 4 > Unlock Hiver Limbs (Required: Economy Limbs)
    Cost: 4 Ancient Science books > 10 hours
    Unlocks:
    Hiver Skeleton limbs

  • Tech Level 4 > Unlock Hiver Limbs ROUND 2 (Required Hiver Limbs)
    Cost: 8 Ancient Science Books > 20 hours
    Unlocks:
    Hive KLR Limbs
    Hive Lifter Limbs
    Hive Scout Limbs
    Hive Stealth Limbs
    Hive Steady Limbs
    Hive Thiefs Limbs
    HIVER LIMBS IS RESEARCHABLE TWICE. The first round of research is all that's needed to progress along the "limb tech tree".

  • Tech Level 5 > Unlock Skeleton Limbs (Required hiver Limbs ROUND 1)
    Cost: 1 AI core

  • Tech Level 5 > Unlock Skeleton Specialty Limbs ( Required Skeleton Limbs)
    Cost: 4 AI Cores
    TIME: 48 Hours
    Unlocks:
    KLR Limbs
    Lifter Limbs
    Scout Limbs
    Stealth Limbs
    Steady Limbs
    Thiefs Limbs

    NOTE: I didn't want to charge to many AI cores knowing that these limbs can provide massive boosts to all play styles, so i instead created a "time price".

  • Crab limbs > blueprint ONLY Unlock > requires hiver limbs (base) to use blueprints.

  • Blade limbs > (repeats 2 times) > 1 ai core each time. Unlocks legs first, then MK2 variant and arms. Requires Skeleton Limbs (base) to unlock.

  • Composite Limbs > level 6 > 4 ai cores > requires skeleton specialty limbs.

  • Spider Arms > level 5 > 1 ai core > requires skeleton limbs (base)

I did saw you said they arent working for you, so instead of being aggressive like you been, you could try debugging. You could try changing the load order, you could try disabling groups of mods and soo on.

You tell me to use my brain, now I tell you to use your eyes, in my last post including you.. I said multiple time that it was not working !FOR ME!, both here and on the regular kenshi board.. I have no other limb mods, but any mod combination have the potential to impact each other..

Ps: BTW Atlas, another question for you personally, and please don't take offense :-) Does your mod for some reason include new melee weapons.? I've found a spear and hammer in my game recently, but I can't see where they come from, and if they are somehow craftable.. None of my mods mention them outright, and yours are the most recent download for me..

I am sorry, but you are arguing that the mod creator is lying to you and everyone else and were are just seeing things? Common man, think. Use your brain cells. IF your limbs dont work, its because you have another mod changing them...

I could really not care less if you believe it or not :D I've laid it out as is, end of story.. It's not worth spending this amount of time on it.. Thx for the mod Atlas, maybe I'll get it to work some day :D Until then, it can be used as a new approach to altering the look of my crew

For bladed limbs i guess a good balance would be add attack speed multiplier. And maybe assassination bonus. Dunno if you can disable the use of weapons, but maybe add a positive bonus to MA and a negative to melee attack?

Bladed limbs were made under the assumption MA bonus worked. It doesnt

I dont believe you because i am using limbs with green stats. One thing this mod doesnt explain is like in bladed limbs, what do they boost? The description says it makes them deadly weapons but how so? Does it add damage to martial arts?

Since no one actually seems to believe me, lets clarify it again.. I've made ALL the limbs from the craftable menu, IN "MASTERWORK! CLASS, multiple times to be sure.. They carry ONLY DEBUFFS, NO BUFFS.. That means no GREEN NUMBERS.. The mod also REMOVED buffs from vanilla limbs.. So, once again, I claim that the mod for some reason don't work for me..

Than you haven't found all the limbs :) In ALO theres a natural progression between common to uncommon to rare. The more exceptional a limb set is the more common it is to have large downsides but also the more likely it is to have exceptionally larger upsides.

How so? When I look at their stats, there's not a single green digit visible
