[Optional Patch] BMCE Addon - Hazardous Environment Combat Unit Remastered decal crash fix

Description
IMPORTANT: Requires BMCE Addon - Hazardous Environment Combat Unit Remastered to be installed, this only includes patched material files!

After getting reports of HECU remastered mod crashing the game in specific sections because of game attempting to render decals on these high quality models I decided to fix it by disabling decals on HECUs. This is only way for me to fix them. However because I know there are people who would rather have the game crash couple times instead of disabling decal rendering on HECU, I decided to release this as optional patch.

How to install:
- Make sure you have installed BMCE Addon Hazardous Environment Combat Unit Remastered correctly first
- Subcribe to this mod
- Start the game once so that it can download the files
- Close the game and proceed to the next step.
- Go to steamapps\workshop\content\362890\2657629386
- Copy all contents of that folder to steamapps/common/Black Mesa/bms/custom
- It should ask you to replace some content. If it does, allow it, if it doesnt make sure you installed all the previously mentioned required mods correctly

@AlexGuy This is now obsolete optional patch for the original mod, I recommend reporting any issues there. However if vanilla HECU are appearing in maps then you installed the mod incorrectly somehow

Is it normal for the arms to be missing textures?

@ThorsteR You should have read the two comments just below yours, you should either isntall BMCER or wait for the next update. Also you should commented that to the main mod and not here, this optional patch is obsolete and will most likely be removed in the near future.

Head texture is missing

@λ Perhaps because purpose of this mod was to fix decal related crash by disabling decal rendering on certain materials and has nothing to do with face textures. Install BMCER or wait for the next update to the main mod if you are experiencing missing faces, this mod is just outdated optional patch thats marked as unlisted for a reason.

@martin_gejmr I am very much aware that issue and it will be fixed in the next update when ever I get around to finishing it

i fixed the bug. by going into the folders properties and there i fixed the wrong letter. it may not be the way you intended it to be. but its the only way the files will be replaced.

@Girth Brooks This is a known issues, it will be fixed in the next update
