Beschreibung
Changes BuiltRightHanded from 1 to 0. From True to False. From "this animation is built right handed" to "this animation is built left handed". That is all.

Use this mod if your SG552 replacement model is mirrored (left-handed) and has no script in it. The known instances are:
Before The Last Stand update the CS:S weapons were ported from Counter Strike: Source, mirrored animations and all. For modders to create reskins for these weapons were two options:
  1. Use a regular right-handed animation set, and edit the script.
    The script has this parameter, BuiltRightHanded, that determines exactly what it says. "Normal" weapons had right-handed animations, while CS weapon animations were left-handed by default. So when using a right-handed animation, this parameter needed to be changed.
    Pro: very easy to do, can use every animation out there, maybe change a few stats in the script as well
    Contra: scripts are somewhat finicky, game restart recommended every time you enable/disable them, some servers may kick you preventively for using them at all, this will also conflict with any stat changing script mods and/or HUD icons (made before TLS)
  2. Make a left-handed mirrored animation so that the game un-mirrors them.
    Going through the trouble of making an entire animation set that will only work as intended with the few mirrored weapons is a f*cking titanic effort. So please, for all that is good and sexy, DO NOT GO PESTERING those people to "fix" their mods! You could have researched why this happened, and made a fix yourself, but you haven't, and that's why you're here.
    Pro: doesn't require a script change, making it work with any custom script out there
    Contra: requires a very specific animation set, and since TLS update mirrored the CS:S guns, these mods become "un-fixed", effectively "broken", which requires THIS VERY MOD to fix that

It literally changes the script. Two mods cannot change the same file; only one such replacement can be active at a time. You youreslf can edit the custom script in question, where all you need to change is the BuiltRightHanded value.

Apparently, this conflicts with the Better SG552 Mod , making the StG44 model still left handed. Kinda sucks since I also need the SG552 buff script.

It's fine; the game can get confused by changing mods that may or may not have scripts in them.

Those are right-handed animations, they do not require this script to flip them.

You need to restart the game, and make sure you don't have any other SIG scripts.

And also don't be like certain people out there who try to fix SIG skins that aren't broken.
