Combine Door from HL:A

Files included:

- models/combine_door_sm1/combine_door_sm1.mdl
- sound/combine_door_sm1/move_open.wav

Includes:

- Fully ported HL:A model, with HL:A animations.
- PseudoPBR methods. (thank you, breen.)
- Ported HL:A sounds.
- High Quality 4096x4096 textures.
- Two skins for the unlock/lock light.

this is much better compared to the hl2 combine door and more inline with the combine lock, also is that riggs I see down there in the comment section
