Mass Demand Conversion

Description
Adds a decision (under topic Administrative) to send religious "demand conversion" interaction to all infidel:
- direct vassals
- indirect vassals
- courtiers
- housemembers

This reduces the needed clicks alot to demand conversion from all your subjects, so it is just a shortcut! They will still be able to decline like normal.
Unfortunately you still have to click all those accepted/declined letters. I could overwrite the relevant event, but this would make the mod quite incompatible to game updates and other mods.

If there is no one to convert, the decision is not shown.

Translation:
German, english, french, russian, spanish and simp chinese (other languages use english file)

Compatibilty:
Fully compatible to game updates and other mods, should nearly never break. Works in multiplayer (everyone needs to enable it).

@Serp Yeah it's the feature that he asked except only for vassals I didn't think about tributaries but I'll probably add it and send you the code when it's done if you would like it

@NetFoley: thanks. I'm currently not Modding CK3 and have no clue what was added, how it is called or how it does behave, nor the code for it... and I don't plan any time soon to dive into this.

Is your mod basically what "pauloandrade224" requested? Or something different? If different, are you also able to write the code for that request?
Would really appreciate it if you could write and test it. I can of course add you as 2nd author here on the steam page if you want.
