Cho's Items & Followers Rebalance

Description
-Updated to work for patch 6.2. (Item rebalance in progress in responce to CA's Magic Item rework changes)


This mod seeks to rebalance many of the items that where newly added or drasticly changed in Warhammer 3 and putting them on par with items found from previews entries into the series.
With this mod you should no longer find a Rare quality item that is inferior to nearly all Uncommon(and in some cases even Common) quality items of the same type.

Followers: Some followers had have their original effect increased, such as Control and Growth bonus doubled in strenght.
Other follower have had additional effects added, such as Magic related followers who now also provide more directly usefull effects.

Item Set Bonuses: A majority of the vanilla item Sets where extremely disappointing, making them rarely worht to equip.
All underpowered set bonuses now have had additional effects added fitting for their rarity, making them feel much more wortwhile to try to obtain and equip.
Rare item sets should now feel a lot more like they where advertised to be.

Weapons: Now most all Weapons will provide some actual combat stats such as "Weapon Strenght", "Melee Attack" or other similar bonus.
Rare quality weapons now are rebalanced in power to better fit their rarity tier.

Armour: Now most all Armour items will provide an actual "Armour bonus value".
Rare quality Armour now are rebalanced in power to better fit their rarity tier thanks ot stronger bonuses or additional effects.

Talisman: Talismans rebalanced with both changes to existing stats and new effects added for both Uncommon and Rare quality, with the changes to "Magic Resistance" into "Spell Resistance" in Warhammer 3 a lot of them had to similar effect or had to weak bonuses.
Rare quality Talismans now have improved effects as well as more varied effects to better fit their rarity tier.

Enchanted Items: Mostly only changes for a couple items to rebalance Rare quality ones to better match their rarity tier.

Arcane Items: With changes to Warhammer 3 Winds of Magic system, a lot of Arcane items ended up with very weak effects.
Many Uncommon and Rare quality Arcane now items have had additional effects added fitting for their slot and their tier, such as "lower Cooldown to all spells", "Winds of Magic costs reduction" or other similar effects.

Cathay Caravan Items: While most items gained from caravans felt like they had the correct balance, some others felt really lackluster.
Now some of the underpowered items have had increases bonues or new effects added, while the better ones left untouched.

Items for Legendary Lords have all recieved adjustments for all factions.

Includes a effect scope fix for followers that grants 'post battle' bonuses such as "post battle loot +x%", these effects should now function regardless if equipped on a lord or an embedded agent.

Much as with vanilla Warhammer items, they are not equal in value and thus each rarity tier still will have outlayers on both ends.
The goal with this mod is to keep the gap within each tier somewhat balanced, making sure they aren't outclassed by lower tier items, as well as making more items feel worth equiping thus help boost variety.

This mod does not alter any of the Daemon Prince items and thus is compatible with any other mod that does so.

Should be fully Save game compatible to turn on or off without issues.

@Ooh-la-la, It's GAGA!! abilites is an entire seperate data table from item stats, and this mod only alters a handful of the entires in the abiliteis table, for example to increase number of uses or alter cooldown, etc mostly only on LL items.
So there should be no real overlap between the mod that cause any issue, unless that mod alters every single ability in the game, which I doubt it would.

It also alters item ability, like helm of discord and such, don't sweat it's all good, it's semi-compatible

@Ooh-la-la, It's GAGA!! I don't see why it wouldnt be compatible if its a mod that alters ability skills?
And no, I do not make my mods compatible with other mods since mine already are made to be as compatible as possible, it is time consuming to manage and upkeep big mods as is.

But if anyone want for their mods to make them work with mine then they are welcome to do so themselves if they wish, I don't mind.

@Espritviril`` its the additons, not changes, that has been kept.
So nearly all of the vanilla item changes from the 6.2 patch will still be present with this mod on.

I'm reading your comment saying "all the mods additions are kept in for now." Does it mean this mod overwrite the new item changes?

I would like to try out the new patch balance of the items, so I guess if I want that I have to disable this mod for now.
