YOU HAVE TO RUN ENDSIEG AND ENDSIEGE IN HOI4 1.11

Endsiege makes Endsieg 1.11 compatible
Endsiege is now a submod for Endsieg

It´s more like an early alpha, so their are some bugs and the development is still in work
Maybe their are some more bugs, but we had to do it that way.

would be great if the guy continued working on this again, given how the other endsieg got updated (probably cause of this dude actually doing their job for them) but this was still more playable then theirs given how the 1.12 endsieg is broken af
