The primary siren sounds great! That secondary siren when the main is on is really loud though.
What if you replaced it with voice like you did when the sirens are off?

Maybe have it say "Coming through, please clear the way, thank you!" for the horn.
And something close to "Pull over" for the Blip siren?

Or could just lower the volume of the current one.
