You can either start a new game as Vergil or find him roaming The Hub. You need a squad of 4+ members and 10,000 caps to recruit him. Or you can capture him and turn him in to Okran priests.

Got COVID and without the latest boosters and apparently am one of the 15% that get the muscle and joint pain from it. So not the best start so far.

Updated because a stealth update broke some dialogue functions.
Also, the lack of body under the armor is because there is no actual body to them, it's all in item format because I am not looking up underwear/nude DMC models.

Going to check out the mod, thanks Victor. There was a stealth update at some point that screwed up a lot of older mods.
