The Catalyst Mod is a new game+ style add-on for the Calamity Mod. It currently adds various new items and enemies, some based on the superboss Astrageldon.

The mod is planned to add much more content in the future, such as new biomes to explore and more superbosses.

Please note that this mod is intended to be used in brand new playthroughs. Not doing so may damage your experience with the mod.

If you have any issues with this mod, its Discord server is the best place to have your problem addressed. The comments section on this page is NOT the place to engage in any discussion of the sort.

For some strange reason, the prism break occasionally refuses to attack when I left click. (Also the crash comment is obviously a lie, I've been using catalyst for a year or 2 without any problems, even in multiplayer. Quit trying to ruin mods by spreading false information like that, people!)

Don't use this mod it will Crash Tmodloader so much so it will delete some of your saved game data and if you open a multiplayer world both you and your friend's computer will get soft locked forcing you to completely restart computer. I spent two days having my computer crash turning on and off mods just to figure out it's this. so far I haven't even seen anything from this mod in my game so I'm assuming that the mod's dead
