Lance Storm's Maple Leaf finish

Damage is slightly higher than the default half crab, critical type is finisher

Update: Edited the slide a bit so the attacker should spend less time on the sitting frame

Update 2: Reworked the cranking so it's not so... jerky, I guess. The change isn't reflected in the gif, however
