The attacker attempts to catch the opponent in an Achilles Lock, but as the opponent struggles to avoid the straight leglock, the attacker instead turns them over into a single leg Boston crab submission.

This move makes use of a defender submission loop for the Achilles struggle, but the actual damage flag is on the half crab portion.
