BORDER CONFLICT

Description
This is a mod that allows any country bordering another country by land to have a border conflict. The basic structure is the same as that of the Chinese warlord's decision, but I made some adjustments to the political power increase/decrease, experience points, and duration.

could you in the future make this mod like a little less messier like instead of it all being in decisions menu how about you click on the province and there is an option to do a border conflict

Can I integrate this mod into a mod I am making for friends?. It makes it easier to play multiplayer when there are fewer dependencies.

Perhaps there should be compatibility even if the map changes.
