Description
Reworked Prison Lock, this time with the attacker rolling the defender into it similar to how Saito and Kitamiya would do it

Damage matches the default Prison Lock

Update: Gave the defender a new "hey no, wait" animation while the attacker's doing their thing, so they're not just laying there
