Enhanced Suits & Robbers

This is essentially a revamp of the original Suits and Robbers from 12 years ago. We saw the opportunity to make something great for everyone on the workshop to use so we took it. This addon will be updated eventually with balaclavas for all citizens. I also added bonemergable bags and vests.
