SCP-093 Map Red

SCP-093, the fifth experience with a mirror. Color: Red

SCP-093 was passed from hand to hand by employees until it took on a new color upon contact with the skin. The repairman caused SCP-093 to change color to purple-red and glow much brighter than the usual color of the object. ██████ agreed to participate in the experiment with SCP-093. At the request of Dr. █████, the repairman ██████ was given ███-███ for this experience. When SCP-093 was attached to the mirror, a new environment appeared. The general color coloration is not noticed, the environment consists of red stone. The repairman enters the mirror and video shooting begins.

The video turns on, the repairman ██████ (hereinafter referred to as the Subject) examines a large cylindrical column that rotates by itself. The height of the column is unknown, it is approximately 1.8 meters (6 feet) wide. In some places of the column there are holes, without any apparent regularity. Periodically, these holes emit rays of white light. The camera turns, and it becomes clear that these beams connect with many objects similar to SCP-093, which are attached to the walls of this place. The place where the column is located is also cylindrical in shape and filled with many copies of SCP-093.

The subject turns back to the entrance, it can be seen that one part of the wall is missing SCP-093, apparently the one that the subject is holding. Some other places on the wall are also devoid of copies of SCP-093, which suggests that this place is some kind of central node. The subject examines the room, finds a ladder in the floor and, according to the order of the Control Center, descends it.

The staircase leads to a large and clean hall filled with computer equipment. Compared to the technique encountered earlier, this one looks outdated. Large tape drives are spinning and clicking, periodically a lamp of unknown purpose lights up and goes out again for 10 seconds. On a large CRT monitor, words change every five seconds, of which there are eight in a row on the screen. The words "Clean", "Unclean", "Clean", "Clean", "Lost", "Unclean" are visible.

The subject walks through the hall, which ends with a large glass window for observation. Outside the window, you can see several more pipes similar to those seen earlier, but these are much smaller, and they are filled with blue liquid. From time to time, an electric arc jumps through the pipes. At first glance, at least five pipes are empty and broken. Near the window on the elevation there is a keyboard and an input prompt. The options are visible on the screen: "Pipe status" and a field for entering the number, "Reports", "Situation X-549", "Situation X-550", "Evacuation Log", "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥", "Agent Report █-██-█" and "Fire evacuation Plan". <Video Deleted. The subject rewrote all the options that showed any text, which was later confirmed by an Experiment Management employee who went to the portal to pick up the results. The process took about two hours, the video of the process was deleted to save space in the report. The received documents are archived by the number ██████-████-██>. The video is interrupted.

The experiment management lost contact with the Subject about 30 minutes after sending the employee for the results. The subject was asked not to leave the place and to make observations of the equipment and storage. The mirror portal of SCP-093 prematurely turned into a reflective surface, the video signal from the Subject was lost. The Control Center could not restore contact due to the fact that SCP-093 was on the other side of the mirror. After one minute and forty-eight seconds (1:48), the mirror portal was restored and the Subject returned from there. He seemed completely healthy, but was taciturn.

An analysis of the experiment was immediately organized, during which the Subject convulsed. A medical team was called. When trying to restrain the Subject, he showed remarkable strength and shot one of the employees who participated in the experiment, hitting him to death. The guards hit the Subject with one bullet in the heart and another in the chest, but the Subject did not fall. The staff urgently left the room, the second shot of the Subject did not hit anyone. A brigade of heavily armed guards arrived and shot the Subject with automatic weapons. According to the reports, it was not blood that flowed from the Subject, but a brown-green substance similar to a mixture of liquid from pipes and material obtained in the third experiment.

Further experiments with SCP-093 have been suspended for the duration of the analysis of all received materials. A working spare video camera was found in the Subject's field kit, turned on after the signal was lost. The data from this camera was attached to other materials.

All materials obtained with SCP-093 require a Level 4 clearance. Familiarization with them is possible only with the approval of at least two level 4 employees.

PERSONNEL WITH THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF CLEARANCE SHOULD GET ACCESS TO THE MATERIALS OBTAINED IN EXPERIMENTS WITH SCP-093 FROM THE DOCTOR.
