Department Store PRIOR, Brno

Inspired by a real life building built between 1980–1984, architects Zdeněk Řihák and Zdeněk Sklepek. Concrete art (railings, walls structure etc.) Milan Buříval.
One of few remaining brutalist buildings in Brno, so it's fate is, obviously, demolition to make place for another hellhole made out of glass and steel.

The building serves as a huge store, which can employ 100 workers, who can serve up to 2000 customers.

The mod also includes…
- collision free parking lot for 12 cars, which can be fitted under the terrace
- PRIOR logo
- railings from the terrace in lengths 4 and 12 m – no collisions, free construction, unlimited use
- lamps from the terrace – no collisions, free construction, unlimited use
- 2 kinds of stairs and one ramp with no collision, height of 5 m, so they allign with the terrace

August 2024: I made an update for the building, so it looks much better, shares more similarities with the original building, carries more detail, fixes ugly LOD model and eliminates any issues I was aware of.
No technical stats like value of materials or entry points have been changed. The changes are only visual.
The only downside is that any pre-update built building won't update the pedestrian paths within the building, so they might float through some changed geometry.
