Description

Remove the cooldown of the symptoms from 3 to 0 turn.

Works for Festus too.

Compatible with everything / Save game compatible ( wait for the 3 turns symptom cooldown to end before enabling the mod).

The modification is dead. Many people write about problems with downloading, and after 2 months the problem appeared. Then the answer came: "I will re-upload the mod", and silence again for several months. The problem has been present since May 7 (I have been waiting personally since June). There is nothing more to add.
