One issue i've come across though. I'm trying to connect two cities by road. I built a road on a tile that had rocks.... and it destroyed the rocks so the mining bonus disappeared. Is this supposed to happen?
They can be built on any land tile without wireweed, forest, or ruins. Bridges where there's a river, roads where there isn't.
They don't interact with cliffs or ocean tiles, I wanted to tackle those but don't think there's a way.
