More Crew for Career

Increases the maximum crew you can have in Career Mode, by following the Fame Levels.
Two Quantity Added:

-Extra = Start from 32 crew members and go up to 4000
-Enormous = Start from 64 crew members and go up to 10000
-Giga-Enormous = Start from 64 crew members and go up to 100000
