I took it up and updated it, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3445307069 . The fix was to delete the railroaded nation focus for germany and the dutch.

Finally this mod is broken. It causes crashes when advancing through time. It's a shame because it was a great mod.

i think i could probably read off of this mod and try to remake it, though i don't have that much experience in hoi4 modding. i've modded other paradox games though
