The Repentance+ DLC broke the modding api in a whole load of different ways, there is no guarentee of compatibility between this mod and the Repentance+ DLC until these issues have been fixed. If you play with Retribution while using Repentance+ you do so at your own risk and should expect to encounter issues.



Retribution adds over 190 brand new items to the Binding of Isaac - ranging from a feeble axolotl to a familiar red chain.

Play as Icarus, who starts off with a precarious repertoire of powerful items while facing against more powerful foes; or as Mammon, a greedy boar with a penchant for new items. Beat the game with these characters to unlock some of the new items!

Additionally, there are a dozen new challenges to overcome - and the occasional piggish beggar willing to trade a few nickels for some of the mod's items.

Dead Sea Scrolls - Press C, F1, or push in the Analogue Sticks to open an in-game menu with settings, completion notes, and character information.
