A simple mod for adding more decals.

Currently adds 22 decals for personalising your ships.

Could you please make 1x3 Versions of fade00d-12 and fade00d-01 because there is currently no way to add the nice visual steps to pieces like plain10b.
That would be very cool.

installed this today and found that i caused crashing when ever i tried to go to settings from the game menu. would you like the crash report?
