Description
Makes the Constructoid require tier 2 mech components and research.

Created this partially on request, and partially as a learning experience for myself.

Especially since it can also haul(at least when about to build something) like the hauler can, plus construction is more complex than tedious, which cleaning is technically the opposite.

Yeah it doesn't make a lot of sense that the constructoid is tier 1 but the roomba is tier 2 lol
