When I put the model in SFM it keeps giving me error, even if I remove it and download it again, keeps giving me error, anyway to solve it?

Hey! I have a problem, when i scale the model the bowtie clothes from the sides keep the original size making them look super small, any help please?

I prefer the ink demon from the first game
this is scary and is actually satan
