ABOUT IK RIG

Since the model is NOT compatible with the "rig_biped_simple", this is the alternative custom rig [drive.google.com]
The filepath where you've to place the custom rig is
-> Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\scripts\sfm <-

Features:

Tons of bodygroups.
High-poly.
HWM with additional flexes.
Presets for emotions, phonemes, visemes and fingers posing.
Procedural bones for forearms.
Lots of helper and misc bones.
Almost all cosmetics redone and named as they are in actual game.
Voodoo-Cursed version as separate model (with and without bones).
Compatible with old haircuts models.
Removable parts of body.
All textures and materials are independent (excluding lightwarps).
Some custom sequences.
Custom animations.

agree with the comment below, it would be insanely easy to mod tf2 if that happened

Would you happen to still have the files for her and all her cosmetics pre subdivision? I really appreciate the amount you've done for the gal, but I do have a soft spot for that low poly look TF2 has going on?
(Plus it would be a lot easier for someone to make a mod with her nd her cosmetics without their computer bursting into flames)
