Noisemaker Uncommon Infected

Description:
Police officer that makes static and interference sounds with his radio, attracting other nearby infected for a mass attack...
Uses the Clown uncommon infected as base with new model, sounds and optional custom L4D2 survivor voicelines and captions/subtitles.
There's also a semi-replacer version!

Installation options:
Clown Replacer:
- Noisemaker Uncommon Infected - L4D2 Version or Noisemaker Uncommon Infected - L4D1 Version.
- Noisemaker UCI Voicelines & Captions.
- Noisemaker UCI Population, optional but highly recommended (needs one of the above too avoid seeing clowns everywhere).

Semi-replacer:
- Noisemaker in L4D2 Campaigns + Clown (Keeps the Clown and its respective sounds/voicelines untouched in Dark Carnival only).
- Noisemaker in L4D1 Campaigns.
- Noisemaker UCI Population, optional but highly recommended (needs one of the above too avoid seeing clowns everywhere).

Notes:
- Semi-replacer version does not support Clown remodels and custom campaigns.
- Semi-replacer version does not support subtitles/captions.
- Semi-replacer version can be incompatible with some mods that use mission files.
