Enhanced Stone

Rebalance of Pl0x's Stone++ mod, this version changes stone to give a small amount of ice, magnesium, and cobalt and changes the values it gives of Iron, Nickel, and Silicon while keeping stone as background material.

Main differences from Pl0x's mod is that Stone no longer gives Silver,Gold, Uranium, and Platinum and now gives a very very small amount of magnesium.
Changes were made to give an incentive to explore and escape the confines of gravity for nuclear power instead of just building a large drilling platform for all of your needs.

All original credit goes to Pl0x as all I did was push a few buttons to change a few things.
