I think this is a tad broken. It doesn't let me liberate occupied countries, and there are two separate decision categories for it... not to mention france just overtaking the french RK along with all the divisions changing the tide of the war? I'm not sure but I don't think it's another mod. I've got some basic QoL mods but nothing that would change it.

@Wabooe 'Legion of the Damned' spam? there have been recent reports of issues with RT56, which seem to be triggered around May 1938. The cause is still under investigation.

After completing the integration of the Baltics and Belarus, the "Establish Ostland" decision remains available in the menu. As a result, the AI keeps selecting it and re-establishing Ostland multiple times. This should be a one-time action
