Widow Lip Lock

Description
Inspired by the kiss AJ Lee planted on Kane, the Widow Lip Lock is a technique which sees the attacker leap into the opponent's arms, wrap their legs around the opponent's midsection, and practically make out with them.

HP, Spirit, and Breath damage are all 4

Head damage is 2 (smooches ftw) and body damage is 4; works on any gender

Quick update: I didn't set the damage flag so I had to fix that; the lip lock should now do damage
